Student Organizations and Involvement
Registered Student Organizations at Florida Atlantic University
FAU is home to a diverse group of more than 300 Registered Student Organizations* that play a critical role in helping to create a vibrant and robust campus community as well as leadership development opportunities for our diverse student population. No matter what you are interested in, you are likely to find a student organization that interests you! However, if you do not find an organization that meets your needs, you are welcome to start a new organization through our new student organization formation process.
*Registration does not imply endorsement, approval, or recommendation by the University.
How to Get Involved
OwlCentral is FAU's network of registered student organizations. Use it to find organizations that interest you! Click here to view the organization directory housed within OwlCentral. When you find an organization that interests you, you can send the organization president a message through OwlCentral to find our more information about joining.
The Council of Student Organizations (COSO) hosts three student organization showcase events throughout the year. Be sure to check out their website to learn more about these events where you have a chance to meet and mingle with organization leaders. Additionally, Pilot Owls is a team of dedicated student leaders that want to see our fellow Owls get involved and build on their FAU experience.
Visit the Club House located in Student Union Room 227. There are always staff and students there to assist you in your involvement.
